Thrive Community Development Corporation supports families before, during, and after they achieve housing stability. We believe housing is the foundation of a thriving life, not the finish line. Our work connects families to the full ecosystem surrounding a stable home: outreach and navigation, housing, food security, economic opportunity, education, family and senior enrichment, and health and wellness. The everyday support that helps families stay rooted and grow, generation after generation.
What “CDC” Means

Community-Driven Development

Thrive is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Community Development Corporation (CDC), a designation that reflects our long-term commitment to community-owned, community-driven development. It’s also what allows Thrive to grow into eligibility for HUD, CDFI Fund, and major foundation partnerships as we scale.
Our Approach

Before, During, and After

  • Before housing instability hits, through outreach, financial literacy, and early support.
  • During the search for stability, through housing navigation, food security, and direct assistance.
  • After housing is secured, through economic development, enrichment, and wellness support that help it last.
